What you will do?
Supervise and manage table games operations, ensuring adherence to gaming regulations and company policiesReport any discrepancies or irregular activities from the floor to the Casino Shift ManagerResolve and record table disputes, incidents, and violationsMaintain table floats, ensuring fills and credits are placed on designated tablesLead and mentor team members,



fostering a culture of integrity, accuracy, and customer service excellenceManage staffing levels, scheduling, and performance evaluation
More about you
5+ years' table games experience, including 1 year as an inspector, and experience as a Pit ManagerCertificate in Responsible Service of Alcohol, and Responsible Service of GamblingCertificate in food safety or willing to obtainStrong leadership skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detailHigh level of speed and accuracy in decision-making and operationsProficiency in computer systems, numeracy, literacy, and excellent written and verbal communication skillsNT Casino Operative License or able to obtainThe application period will close on 09/09/2026, unless a suitably qualified candidate is identified sooner.
