Job DescriptionDue to continued growth, Alltype Engineering is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to be based at Naval Base, supporting multiple concurrent projects across our operations.
This is a hands-on role providing engineering support across the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to execution and completion.You will work closely with project managers, construction teams, and clients to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery across all projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide mechanical engineering support across multiple projects at Naval BaseReview and interpret drawings, specifications, and client requirementsSupport project planning, scheduling, and execution activitiesLiaise with fabrication, construction, and commissioning teamsEnsure compliance with Australian Standards, client specifications,



and safety requirementsPrepare and review quality documentation including ITPs, ITRs, MDRs, and engineering deliverablesManage technical queries, variations, and engineering risksSupport continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learnedRequirementsCurrent Australian work rightsAbility to pass a project-specific pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screeningCurrent Nationally Accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card)What We OfferStable, site-based role at Naval BaseSalary between $85,000 - $105,000Exposure to a diverse portfolio of projectsLong-term career development within a respected Australian engineering contractorHow to Apply
