About the Prospect

We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team. This is your chance to shape exceptional guest experiences, develop a talented team, and be part of a agile, high-profile venue in Sydney's CBD.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
Demonstrated restaurant management experience in an a-la-carte restaurant




Exemplary leadership with a solid focus on the crew experience
Exceptional service skills and guest focused
Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
Proven ability in building effective relationships
Organisational and time management skills
Experience using a time & attendance system, Deputy or similar
Exceptional communication and presentation
Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
