About the role

As our Restaurant Host, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all who dine with us. This is a pro rated 4 day per week part-time position and will involve working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key responsibilities
Greeting and seating guests with a friendly and professional demeanour
Managing reservations and waitlist, ensuring efficient seating of guests
Communicating with the kitchen and service team to ensure a smooth dining experience
Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly
Maintaining a clean and organised host station
Assisting with other front-of-house duties as required

About you
Previous experience in a similar customer service or hospitality role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




Robust problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
Knowledge of local dining options and attractions is desirable
