Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate product information

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Coordinate service requests and ensure timely follow-up

Collaborate with the service and administration teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes

Previous experience in dealership administration or similar administrative roles (essential)
