Reporting to the Assistant Regional Manager, the role of the Clerical Lead is to ensure effective and efficient operation of all clerical aspects of a comprehensive imaging practice.You will be responsible for:Supporting, leading, and developing the clerical team to deliver excellent patient care and customer serviceAnswer the telephone and respond to patient enquiries in an effective and sensitive mannerEnsure patient reports are dispatched to the correct locationAssume responsibility for the condition of equipment at the time of use and report any faultsParticipation in our rostering system and manage rosters and leave requests ensuring sufficient staff coverageEncouragement and support of development and education of clerical staffTo be successful, you will haveDemonstrated senior receptionist and/or receptionist leadership capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to engage and build effective relationships with stakeholders from diverse backgroundsTech Savvy: Advanced computer literacy and ability to pick things up quickly is essentialService Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service every timeExcellent problem-solving skills i.e.
