About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team.
In this role, youll support the enterprise in the testing and maintenance of agricultural mechanical systems and components.
Youll play a critical part in ensuring continuity of mechanical systems and components in real-world applications!
Responsibilities:- Assist the team in testing and maintenance of mechanical systems, prototypes, and components- Set up, operate,
and maintain testing and maintenance equipment- Document testing and maintenance procedures, data, and results accurately- Support troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Farming, Technical Support, Workshop and Field Teams
Qualifications:- Associate degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field - Agricultural Background and - Experience (5+ years preferred)- 5+ years of experience in a mechanical/technical role (internships count!)- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills- Familiarity with testing and maintenance processes and technical documentation- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
