Join Each's Primary Care team and help improve access to high-quality sexual and reproductive healthcare for women through our Virtual Women's Health Clinic.This specialist service provides accessible, person-centred care through telehealth, supporting women to access expert clinical advice, assessment, treatment and ongoing care, regardless of location.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you'll help remove barriers to healthcare and empower women to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.Your role, your impact
As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide advanced, autonomous clinical care while helping shape a high-quality, accessible women's health service.
Through expert clinical leadership and compassionate care, you'll support better health outcomes and improve access to essential sexual and reproductive health services.Deliver advanced clinical assessments via telehealth, including diagnosis, treatment planning and ongoing careProvide autonomous Nurse Practitioner services, including prescribing medications and ordering and interpreting pathology and diagnostic investigationsManage complex clinical presentations using a person-centred and evidence-based approachCoordinate timely follow-up care, including review of results and ongoing clinical managementFacilitate referrals and service navigation to ensure clients are connected with the right healthcare providers and supportsPromote collaborative care by working closely with GPs,



nurses and multidisciplinary health professionalsMaintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in line with professional and organisational standardsProvide clinical leadership and mentoring to nursing and healthcare colleaguesBuild and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen service deliveryContribute to quality improvement initiatives, policy development and service performance monitoringWho we're looking for
You'll be a passionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner with a commitment to improving access to sexual and reproductive healthcare and delivering exceptional client outcomes.Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with endorsement as a Nurse PractitionerBachelor of Nursing and Master of Nurse PractitionerQualified Cervical Screening ProviderEvidence of current professional indemnity insuranceExtensive experience in sexual and reproductive health nursingExperience managing complex clinical presentations and caseloadsStrong clinical assessment, diagnostic and care planning skillsExcellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skillsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teamsStrong understanding of relevant health legislation and clinical governance requirementsCommitment to culturally safe, inclusive and person-centred healthcareWhat will make you stand outExperience delivering healthcare via telehealth platformsExperience working within community health settingsKnowledge of primary healthcare and the social model of healthExperience supporting quality improvement, policy development or clinical leadership initiativesWhat's in it for youAt Each you'll be supported to be your best.
