We cater to people of all abilities and our qualified staff are ready to help you reach your fitness goals.We host accessible sport programs and birthday parties, plus we have a range of facilities for hire.About the role As a Customer Service Officer at RecWest Braybrook you will be greeting members, responding to enquiries via email, phone or in-person, as well as performing general but important administrative tasks.
Our Customer Service Officer's always put the customer experience at the forefront of all interactions with people within the community.
Some of your responsibilities will include:Provide customers with sales solutions when enquiring about memberships and programsConduct centre tours with prospective membersFollow up customers and members as requiredPromote available programs and servicesAccurately receipt, process and balance customer paymentsThis is a casual position and the hourly rate is $***** per hour + Superannuation + Y Benefits.
This role would require you to work weekdays and weekends as well.
