The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our SMART team.Locations available:1 x Customer Service Officer - SMART Brookvale1 x Customer Service Officer - SMART ChatswoodYou will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing up to date information about their repairs and instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands.
Permanent position, Monday to Friday.

Your role will include:Greeting and checking in customers as they arrive for their assessmentProviding clear and up-to-date information about vehicle repairsMaintaining a welcoming and professional customer environmentManaging the vehicle return process and addressing any customer concernsWhat we're looking for:Experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to build rapport in person and over the phoneHighly organised with excellent attention to detailA team player committed to delivering outstanding customer serviceWhat's in it for you?
