Working as a Remote Area Nurse/Midwife, the position involves providing antenatal, postnatal, newborn, and women's health care in partnership with Aboriginal health workers, while travelling regularly to outreach communities.
The role also includes clinical leadership, staff education, health promotion, community engagement, and supporting the development of models of care to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and families.This role will be a full-time fixed-term position (6 months), from September **** to February ****, within Primary Health Care.
