Operations Manager SMAART Recruitment•Sydney, NSW, AUSMAART Recruitment has partnered with one of Sydney's fastest-growing roofing companies, seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead field operations across its tile and metal divisions.This is a senior, completely off-the-tools position suited to an experienced roofing supervisor, foreman or business owner ready to take ownership of crews, subcontractors, quality and job delivery.What you'll be doing:Overseeing daily field operations across multiple crews and subcontractorsLeading the metal roofing team and supporting crew allocationEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to company standardsConducting site inspections and identifying defects before handoverManaging rectification work, callbacks and complex roofing issuesHolding teams accountable for quality,
