Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive the successful delivery of civil construction projects while leading high-performing teams, managing client relationships and ensuring strong commercial, safety and operational outcomes.
With a diverse portfolio of work and a robust pipeline ahead, this is an opportunity to take ownership of complex projects while building a long-term career with one of Australia's most respected contractors.Projects You'll DeliverOur NT Portfolio IncludesResidential and industrial land developmentsWater and sewer infrastructure upgradesRoad infrastructure projects for local councilsDefence infrastructure projectsCommunity infrastructure and urban development worksKey ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and delivery of civil construction projectsDevelop construction methodologies, staging and programming strategiesDrive safety, environmental and quality performance across projectsManage project budgets, forecasts and financial performanceLead and develop high-performing project teamsBuild and maintain robust client, consultant and stakeholder relationshipsEnsure compliance with contractual, legislative and regulatory requirementsOversee subcontractor management and work package developmentDeliver projects safely,



on time and within budgetAbout YouYou'll bring:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering10+ years' experience within the civil construction industryPrevious project management experience in civil infrastructure deliveryExperience across earthworks, drainage, roads and community infrastructure projectsStrong commercial acumen and contract management capabilityExcellent leadership, communication and negotiation skillsProven stakeholder and client relationship management experienceA cooperative leadership style focused on team successHighly RegardedExperience across both project delivery and estimating functionsExperience developing and reviewing subcontractor work packagesExposure to Defence, government or major infrastructure projectsAbout BMDBMD is Australia's leading integrated engineering, construction and urban development business and the nation's largest privately owned civil contractor.
