By combining UGL's expertise in engineering, commissioning and infrastructure services with CPB Contractors' market‐leading construction capability, we deliver seamless end‐to‐end solutions across the project lifecycle.As part of the global ACS Group, you'll be supported by industry‐leading systems, capability and a long‐term pipeline of mission‐critical projects across Australia and internationally.The OpportunityAs Senior Commercial Manager, you will lead the commercial strategy, governance and financial performance of major data centre projects from contract award through to final completion.You will provide commercial leadership across project teams, ensuring robust contract administration, proactive risk management and strong financial outcomes while supporting the successful delivery of complex mission‐critical infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the administration of head contracts and high‐value M&E; and trade subcontractsManage contract compliance, variations, claims and dispute resolution processesPartner with project leadership teams to enhance project profitability and commercial outcomesIdentify and mitigate commercial risks while supporting project delivery objectivesDevelop strong relationships with clients,
