This role requires a strong leader with proven experience managing complex civil works, driving project performance, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.As Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery, including program management, cost control, quality assurance, WHS compliance, subcontractor coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
You will work closely with site teams, clients, consultants, and suppliers to achieve outstanding project outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of subdivision, roadworks, and civil infrastructure projectsDevelop and maintain project programs, budgets, and delivery strategiesLead project teams, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliersMonitor project progress, costs, risks, and performance against targetsEnsure works are delivered safely, efficiently,



and in accordance with specificationsManage client, consultant, and stakeholder relationshipsOversee procurement, subcontractor engagement, and contract administrationDrive quality outcomes and continuous improvement across projectsIdentify and resolve project risks, issues, and opportunitiesAbout You5+ years proven experience as a Project Manager delivering civil construction projectsStrong background in subdivisions, road construction, bulk earthworks, or infrastructure projectsDemonstrated ability to manage projects from commencement to completionStrong commercial understanding, including budgets, variations, and cost controlExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsA commitment to safety, quality, and delivering successful project outcomesIf this sounds like your next chance, we'd love to hear from you.
