Reporting to the Construction Superintendent, this FIFO role is responsible for leading site activities, coordinating contractors and suppliers, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and in accordance with project requirements.What You'll Be DoingAs the Site Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of a major energy infrastructure project.
Acting as the link between project strategy and on‐site execution, you will oversee daily construction activities, lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors,



and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
This is a FIFO role operating on a 16 days on / 10 days off roster supporting a major project in Western Australia.Promote and actively contribute to Clarke Energy's Incident and Injury Free (IIF) cultureManage day‐to‐day site operations and ensure works are completed safely, on time and within project requirementsOpen and close site each swing, ensuring the site remains secure and safeCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to deliver project outcomesConduct and record daily pre‐start meetings and direct daily work activitiesLiaise with suppliers regarding deliveries, storage, laydown areas and equipment requirementsConduct site inspections, field leadership activities and Safety Accountability Observations (SAOs)Deliver toolbox talks and support ongoing safety engagement initiativesReview and verify Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) to ensure complianceParticipate in contractor workshops and work pack developmentManage quality documentation, including ITPs and ITRs, ensuring records remain current and completeEnsure personnel are working to the latest revision drawings and specificationsMonitor project schedules and proactively identify and communicate potential delaysMaintain accurate site diaries and project reportingAttend project and client meetings as requiredEnsure works are conducted in accordance with site management and safety plansWhat You'll BringSignificant industry experience, typically 5 to 10+ years in construction, mining, power generation, oil and gas, or related industriesDemonstrated experience managing projects, subcontractors and multiple work frontsExperience overseeing budgets, resources, schedules and project delivery outcomesStrong knowledge of Work Health and Safety legislation and compliance requirementsCivil or Mechanical trade qualificationsQualified Statutory Supervisor under Schedule 26 of the Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations **** preferredWhite CardHigh Risk Work LicencesFirst Aid certificationAbility to read and interpret plans, specifications and contractsStrong understanding of project scheduling,
