As the business enters its next phase of growth, they are seeking an experienced, commercially astute Head of Current Business to take charge of growing its client base and forward workload.About the RoleReporting directly to the Managing Director, this role carries genuine influence over the company's strategic direction, including target markets, sector diversification and the business' positioning within the modular and off-site construction industry.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders who influence future work, including councils, government agencies, developers, asset owners, architects, engineers, consultants and major head contractorsEngage with prospective projects at an early stage, positioning the business favourably ahead of formal tender processesDevelop long-term commercial arrangements, including panels, frameworks and preferred-supplier relationships that generate repeat and negotiated workMaintain a consistent industry presence through events,
