You'll lead a large team and work closely with our Operations team and Directors, giving you the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the venue's performance and direction.YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Leading, developing and managing a large teamGaming operations, including cash clearance reporting and reconciliationsRostering and labour managementRecruitment, training and performance managementOrdering, stock control,
