About the RoleWe are looking for a Full-time Site Supervisor to lead and support cleaning operations at All Saints Anglican School.This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring the team consistently delivers high-quality services in line with Quayclean's safety, quality and customer standards.You will oversee cleaning staff and Team Leaders, coordinate rostering and timesheets in line with budget requirements, support training and development, and work closely with Quayclean management and the client to achieve contractual outcomes and KPIs.What You'll Be DoingLeading and supporting Team Leaders and cleaning staff, including allocating and coordinating daily dutiesTaking hands-on responsibility for day-to-day cleaning operations, periodic works and service deliveryManaging rostering, timesheets and resources in line with operational budgetsMonitoring attendance, team performance and completion of scheduled tasksConducting regular quality inspections and addressing any areas that do not meet required standardsConducting regular toolbox talks and reinforcing safety,
