With 30 years of experience and national coverage, we provide the right homes, supports, and transitions guided by expertise and delivered with care.The Prospect:The Accommodation Services Manager, based at multiple sites in the North West (Bundoora and Bellfield), will lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team, foster a culture of excellence, and build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners across the North West Melbourne region.This is a vital leadership role supporting individuals with disabilities and complex needs, ensuring they receive exceptional, personalised care.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across your portfolio, ensuring seamless service deliveryat 3 locations, Beaumaris, Cheltenham and MoorabbinLead, mentor, and develop a passionate team committed to quality careEnsure clients achieve their goals through personalised plans that promote independence, social engagement, and wellbeingBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community organisations, and stakeholdersResponding to incidents and feedback in a timely mannerSupport the development and review of care plans and documentationEnsure compliance with policies, procedures,
