Renowned for exceptional quality, innovative design, and vibrant communities, we create environments where homeowners can truly thrive.We are currently seeking two passionate and community-focused Resort Managers to join our team, with opportunities available at our Moreton Bay and Elimbah resorts.Reporting to the Regional Resort Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of your resort, ensuring exceptional homeowner experiences, fostering a welcoming community environment, and supporting the delivery of operational excellence.This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating positive experiences for homeowners every day.About the RoleOversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring a seamless and exceptional homeowner experienceMaintain a visible and approachable presence within the community, building strong relationships with homeowners and addressing enquiries promptly and professionallyEnsure the accuracy and integrity of homeowner records, operational data, and reporting systemsManage procurement processes, including raising, issuing, and tracking purchase orders in line with operational requirementsEstablish and maintain organised digital filing systems that support efficient resort operationsMaintain accurate registers, compliance records, and resort documentationWork closely with the Regional Resort Manager to ensure operational goals and service standards are achievedFoster a positive, engaged,



and vibrant community environmentAbout YouHighly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyComfortable managing competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentStrong systems capability, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience maintaining data and reporting registersAble to effectively prioritise competing demands and meet deadlinesA confident and professional communicator who can build trusted relationships with homeowners, contractors, and stakeholdersProactive, solutions-focused, and willing to take ownership of outcomesPrevious experience in resort management, village management, property, hospitality, facilities management, administration, or a similar environmentHold a current driver's licenceWhy Join GemLife?
