We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Airport Operations Supervisor to support the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of Karratha Airport.

That means new opportunities for people who want to contribute to meaningful work, help shape how we deliver services, and be part of a team building for the future.About the RoleLead and supervise a team of Airport Reporting Officers, promoting a strong safety and performance culture.Support the day-to-day management of airside operations, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and operational standards.Coordinate airport maintenance activities, infrastructure projects, and asset renewal programs.Liaise with airlines, ground handlers, emergency services, regulators, and other stakeholders to optimise airport operations.Role Requirements5 to 7 years' experience in airport operations,



including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.Robust knowledge of airport operations, regulatory compliance, and Manual of Standards (MOS) Part 139 requirements.Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.Current C Class Driver's Licence and the ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
*You may be required to undertake rostered operational duties to provide coverage during periods of leave or staff shortages, participate in on-call arrangements, and work outside ordinary hours to meet operations requirementsWhy Join Us?
