This is a hands‐on technical role with real leadership responsibility, ideal for someone who takes pride in doing the job right and developing others around them.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentManage, build and lead the service teamTrain and mentor service staff, providing ongoing technical guidance and supportSupport clients with technical guidance and trainingInstall, commission and set up new coffee machinesDiagnose and repair faults both on‐site and in‐houseConduct routine preventative maintenance and water filter changesOperations & AdministrationMonitor and manage spare parts inventory, including stock levels,
