Contract Operations Manager – Hospitality | New Venue LaunchWoods & Co Recruitment are excited to be partnering with one of Melbourne's most popular burger brands as they prepare to open their highly anticipated second venue in Carlton.We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager with 8–10 years' fast-food/QSR experience to come in for an initial 6-month contract and help build the new venue from the ground up.This is a hands‐on opportunity to create the systems, processes and team that will not only support the Carlton launch, but become a blueprint for future venues.What's in it for you?

food costs and overall operationsWork closely with ownership throughout the launchLead from the front and ensure the venue is set up for long‐term successWhat you need:8–10 years' experience in fast food, QSR or high-volume hospitalityProven experience in an Operations Manager, Area Manager, Senior Venue Manager or similar senior operational roleProven experience creating, implementing and refining operational systems, processes and SOPs within QSR or fast‐food environmentsDemonstrated ability to build scalable systems and operational frameworks that improve consistency, efficiency and performance across venuesStrong understanding of day‐to‐day QSR operations, including labour, rostering, stock control, food costs and operational efficienciesProven experience recruiting, training and developing high‐performing teamsHands‐on, proactive and highly organised, with the ability to take ownership and build structure from the ground upA natural problem solver who can identify operational gaps and develop practicalIf you're as passionate about this position as we are, then please don't delay and We are interviewing immediately.Woods & Co Recruitment is committed to creating a positively diverse and inclusive workforce which values all backgrounds and experiences.
