We understand the value of our people and we work hard to make sure that you feel like part of the team, not just a number.MHM are seeking an experienced Labour and Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team in Bibra Lake.The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, always having a finger on the pulse and being one step ahead.About the Role:Be the first point of contact for MHM's remote team including tradespeople and operatorsManage the Journey Management process for all staff movementsCoordinate mobilisations and site clearance requirements across various mining sitesMonitor and update prestart and vehicle maintenance registersInvestigate workplace incidents and procedural breaches as requiredMaintain compliance of all employees to company policies and proceduresOngoing review of systems and processes to ensure maximum efficiency and continuous improvementChampion MHM's values and be willing to hold others accountableAbility to be flexible with some weekend or outside of office hours work when required.Recruit and Retain MHM Labour resourcesEssentials from You:A minimum of 2 years mobilisation experience within the mining sectorSound understanding of mobilisation systems and processesSound understanding or recruitment and onboarding processesWell developed written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersKnowledge of FIFO onboarding and logistic requirements is essentialAdvanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of Microsoft Office Suite.Mobile equipment maintenance experience would also be an advantage.Committed to Safety, Solutions and Making It Happen!
