With a strong forward pipeline across South Australia, the business can offer stability and continued exposure to major commercial construction following completion.The RoleAs Senior Site Manager, you will take overall responsibility for site delivery, leading the project team and subcontractors to achieve programme, safety and quality outcomes.Your responsibilities will include:Leading day-to-day site delivery of a $50M commercial projectManaging and coordinating site teams,



subcontractors and suppliersDriving construction programmes and maintaining key project milestonesManaging construction sequencing, site logistics and short-term programmingMaintaining high standards across WHS, quality and complianceLeading site meetings and subcontractor coordinationManaging consultant, client and stakeholder relationships at site levelDriving the project through construction, commissioning and successful handoverThe Like MindWe are looking for an established Senior Site Manager with the experience and leadership capability to take ownership of a major commercial build.You will ideally bring:Extensive Site Management experience within Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial constructionExperience leading large site teams and complex subcontractor packagesStrong knowledge of structures, services, finishes and construction sequencingStrong programming and site coordination capabilityA trade background, ideally in carpentry, will be highly regardedStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive approach to safety, quality and problem-solvingYou will be someone who can take control of a project, lead people effectively and maintain momentum on site, while working collaboratively with the wider project team.All communication and applications will be treated with the strictest confidence and will only be shared with your permission.
