You will support families and carers, while meeting service delivery deadlines in a KPI-driven setting.
The role offers 2 days of work-from-home, full-time permanent hours and a SCHADS-based salary.Strong communication, empathy and adaptability are essential, with lived or NDIS experience highly valued to help participants access funding and plan outcomes.
