and approachable presence.Key responsibilities:Oversee day‐to‐day maintenance of building services, plant, and infrastructureLead and support Maintenance OfficersManage trades and external contractors (scope, schedule, quality)Conduct regular inspections and implement preventative maintenanceProactively identify and address maintenance risks or defectsRespond to and coordinate emergency maintenance when requiredMaintain accurate records, asset registers, and documentationLiaise with residents and stakeholders on maintenance requestsAbout YouYou're hands‐on, organised, and take genuine pride in well‐run environments.
You communicate clearly, manage competing priorities with ease, and approach maintenance with a proactive, solutions‐focused mindset.You'll bring3+ years' experience in Facilities or Maintenance ManagementExperience managing contractorsStrong WHS and compliance knowledgeExcellent attention to detail and organisationFriendly, qualified communication skillsAll applications are treated in strict confidence.
