As we grow our presence across the state, we are creating genuine opportunities for people to take ownership, build capability and shape a long-term career.You'll play a key role in:As a Senior Site Manager, you'll lead on-site delivery across a diverse range of projects, ensuring work is completed safely, to a high standard and in line with programme, budget and client expectations.
You'll work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors and clients to create reliable outcomes and strong relationships.Lead site safety, environmental and quality requirements throughout each projectReview subcontractor safe work method statements and conduct site inductionsCoordinate day-to-day site activities, subcontractor works and site meetingsDevelop and manage short- and long-term construction programmes with the Project ManagerMonitor workmanship, manage defects and ensure quality requirements are metMaintain project records, site diaries,



risk controls and delivery system complianceWhat you'll bring:You are an experienced Site Manager who brings sound technical judgement, clear communication and a practical approach to delivery.
