With a strong food and beverage offering, live sport, entertainment, a busy functions calendar and 21 hotel rooms, this is a fast paced, high energy venue that needs someone who can own it.If you're driven, hands-on, and love hospitality - this is your spot.What you'll be doingRunning day-to-day venue operations (open to close)Leading, training and motivating the teamManaging service flow during busy periodsHandling cash, stock control and reportingDelivering great customer experiences (every shift)Keeping the venue sharp - clean, compliant and on pointDriving systems,
