Site Manager - $100m-$350m Landmark High-Rise ProjectsAbout The CompanyAn established and highly regarded Tier 2 builder/developer with a strong presence across South East Queensland is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join its Gold Coast construction team.The business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments and has a substantial pipeline of major projects secured across the region.With projects typically ranging from $100m to $350m+, this is an chance to join a business delivering some of the Gold Coast's most significant developments.About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of a major residential development on the Gold Coast.Working closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team, you will be responsible for driving site operations and ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:Managing all day-to-day site construction activitiesLeading and coordinating subcontractors, trades and site personnelManaging construction sequencing, programming and site logisticsEnsuring works are delivered in accordance with quality and safety requirementsDriving programme and productivity outcomesCoordinating with the Project Manager,
