This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a hospitality skilled who enjoys leading teams, delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational excellence.THE POSITIONLead, coach and develop front and back-of-house hospitality teams and chefsOversee daily dining and food service operationsDrive service excellence and customer satisfaction outcomesManage rostering, workforce planning and team performanceEnsure compliance with food safety, HACCP and contractual service delivery requirementsCoordinate functions, events and hospitality requirementsManage operational budgets,
