Technical Account Manager - SydneyAbout Us:Location - Sydney/Function - RevenueDepartment - SalesWorking Pattern - Hybrid; Full-timeBenefits Benefits and RewardsBeakon, part of Ideagen, is looking for a Technical Account Manager to help customers achieve long-term success with our governance, risk and compliance software platform.In this customer-facing role, you will act as a trusted technical contact throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation through to ongoing platform adoption.
You'll work closely with customers, support teams, product specialists and engineers to resolve technical challenges, provide guidance on best practices and ensure customers gain maximum value from the platform.Responsibilities:Building strong relationships with a portfolio of customers as their primary technical contactSupporting implementations, upgrades and platform changesInvestigating and resolving complex technical issuesAdvising on integrations, configuration and platform optimisationWorking with internal teams to share customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvementMonitoring customer health and proactively addressing technical risks.Skills and Experience:Experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer,
