As the Night Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, and overseeing the safety and security of our property.What you'll be doing: Manage and supervise all aspects of hotel operations during night shiftsEnsure exceptional guest experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and anticipating needsOversee check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining accurate guest accounts and recordsImplement and maintain strict security protocols to ensure guest and property safetyCoordinate with other departments to address any overnight maintenance or housekeeping needsPrepare and analyse nightly reports for management reviewTrain and mentor night shift staff, promoting a culture of excellence,



passion and prideHandle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following established proceduresAssist in food and beverage service as needed, ensuring quality and timelinessContribute to the continuous improvement of hotel operations and guest services.QualificationsYou'll excel in this role if you have: Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a night manager or similar roleStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a teamExceptional customer service orientation with a guest-first mindsetExcellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsOutstanding communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office suiteThorough understanding of hotel safety and security proceduresAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentFlexibility to work overnight shifts and adapt to varying schedulesDetail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilitiesAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
