IRT Kangara Waters (ACT) is seeking a part time Workforce Planner (24 hours per week) to forecast staffing needs and analyze workforce data. You will collaborate with departments to improve operational efficiency and support organizational goals. The role is in office, with shifts Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, between 10am and 7:30pm.

The successful candidate will have rostering experience, HR qualifications, and solid MS Office/HRIS skills. Payroll or TAE qualifications are desirable.
