What you will do?
Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume production setting Follow recipes for menu preparation,



ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentationMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area Conduct temperature and quality checks, manage cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance
More about you
Previous experience as a Commis ChefMinimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial CookerySolid background in kitchen operationsA passion for food and creative flair Demonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labor costsAbility to work a 7-day rotating rosterThe application period will close on 02/10/2026, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.
