About the RoleAs a Housekeeper/Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring accommodation rooms and shared spaces are presented to the highest standard.
You'll help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest by delivering exceptional housekeeping services and maintaining outstanding presentation throughout the property.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the housekeeping team by leading daily operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the team delivers efficient and consistent service.
Key ResponsibilitiesClean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and accommodation areas to company standardsChange bed linen, replace towels, and replenish room amenitiesEnsure rooms are presented and guest-ready within required timeframesMaintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas and shared spacesReport maintenance issues, damages,
