At Sunshine Coast Radiology, we're on the lookout for full time or part time enthusiastic Booking Centre Agents to coordinate appointments and create a seamless, caring experience for every caller.
Your Role:Be the first point of contact, answering patient and referrer calls with professionalism and warmthSchedule appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system (Karisma)Keep workflows productive and organisedProvide fee quotes and explain Medicare rebates clearlyHelp prepare patients for their visit with the information they need What You'll Bring:A caring, empathetic communication styleAdvanced computer and keyboarding skillsGreat problem-solving and time management abilitiesA positive, proactive attitudeExperience in customer service is a plus!
