The wine list highlights the Peninsula's many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries.We're expanding our team and looking for Full-Time or Part-Time Bar & Beverage Attendants to join us.
As a Bar & Beverage Attendant, you'll work across the barista and bar areas of our restaurant, Thyme, while also providing exceptional beverage service to guests enjoying our outdoor bathing areas and Spa Lounge.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering consistent exceptional and engaging service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
Accurately preparing and promptly delivering food and beverage orders, including coffee, wine and cocktails.
Working collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team, communicating effectively to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation across all service and venue areas.
We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster, weekend availability including Saturdays,

You have an RSA certificate
You have experience in a similar environment
You have a passion for food and drinks
