define project scope, and develop project plans and proposalsAbility to influence others to achieve outcomesUnderstanding of major technical areas across rail telecommunication and transport industries to act as Telecommunications SME to deliver desired outcomes for internal and external stakeholdersExceptional project management skillsStrong research and analytic skillsSound negotiation skillsWell-developed written and verbal communication skillsComputer literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Experience with professional services business environments preferredAdditional Skills & ExpertiseThe following technical skills are not mandatory, but demonstratable experience in one or more of the following areas is advantageous:IP Networking & Security: SD-WAN, VPN/VLANs, IP/MPLS, SR, DWDM, and Cyber Security (IT/OT).
