With our ERP platform at the core, we deliver an integrated ecosystem that reduces operational complexity and risk for our clients.Job DescriptionReporting to the Development Manager, you will contribute across both backend/system components and supporting web applications that extend our ERP platform.Working alongside a team responsible for core ERP functionality, your focus will be on building and supporting the surrounding ecosystem.This is a hands-on engineering role focused on:Contributing to and extending our ERP platform through integrations, services, and supporting applicationsIntegrating with external systems and APIsWorking with data flows, imports, and system behaviourSupporting and enhancing web-based applications where requiredYou will take a structured, logical approach to understanding how systems operate end-to-end, and apply this to solving real-world integration and data challenges.QualificationsCore Requirements4+ years' experience with .
NET and C#Experience working with backend, desktop, or systems-based applicationsStrong SQL/database skills,



including query writing and data analysisExperience integrating with third-party systems and APIsStrong problem-solving ability and a natural curiosity for understanding how systems workAdditional / Supporting SkillsExperience with ASP.NET / MVC / web applicationsWorking knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSSExperience building or consuming REST APIsExperience with C or C++, or other low-level/system programming (advantageous)Exposure to data transformation or import processesReporting tools (e.g. Crystal Reports or similar)Unit testing (e.g. xUnit)Agile / Scrum experienceExperience creating or interfacing with AI agents through code (advantageous)About YouYou're a developer who enjoys working across systems — not just within a single layer of the stack.
You're comfortable getting into the detail of how data moves, how integrations behave, and how different components interact within a broader platform.Experience in integration-heavy or data-centric environments will be highly regarded.Additional InformationThis role has the potential for a hybrid mix of WFH and in-office (2-3 days/week) in our Docklands location across the road from the picturesque South Wharf Marina in Melbourne.Part of our pre-employment process includes a AFP (Australian Federal Police) check.
