The roleAs a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will provide technical expertise to support business objectives, application engineering outcomes and operational excellence.
Working closely with developers and technical leads, you will design, develop and maintain scalable solutions while contributing to development standards and continuous improvement.Design and implement technical solutions aligned to business requirements, technical standards and non-functional requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration, data and application development outcomesContribute to coding standards, estimation techniques, code reviews and development best practicesDesign and develop secure, scalable software solutions that align with industry standardsSupport incident resolution, root cause analysis,



change management and release activitiesCoach and mentor developers in code quality, testing and debugging practices About youYou are an experienced Salesforce developer with solid technical expertise, analytical problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.
You enjoy working collaboratively, applying sound judgement and supporting the development of others within a high-performing technical environment.Strong experience designing complex application solutions and resolving technical issues in production environmentsDeep knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including Person Accounts, Household and Relationship Groups and customer servicing journeysAdvanced Salesforce development capability across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Platform Events and integrationsExperience with OmniStudio development, deployment, debugging and performance optimisationStrong understanding of Salesforce security frameworks, enterprise integration patterns and DevOps practicesRelevant qualifications in programming, engineering, information systems or equivalent experience What We OfferUniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
