About the role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Trade Retail Assistant at our store location in Brooklyn.
Specialising in knowledge of tools such as Bosch, Milwauke etc.
As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product inquiries, carrying out sales transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Processing sales transactionsProviding advice and information on productsSupporting customer queries and offering solutionsMaintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented storeProcessing and maintaining customer orders
Requirements




Strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service as well as operationsWorking well in a team environment and individuallyPrevious retail/or trade experience required (minimum 2 years - quick-moving consumer goods)Computer literacyEnthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammateDedicated to providing exceptional customer service
