Across the state, we are dedicated to offering exceptional care, accommodation, and support services for older Western Australians.About the role: Juniper Hillcrest, located in Geraldton, is seeking casual Registered Nurse's to join our supportive residential aged care team.In this role, you will assess residents' clinical needs, coordinate care with healthcare professionals, and implement and review person-centred care plans.
You will also provide guidance to care staff and help ensure high standards of clinical care for residents.We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse who is passionate about aged care and committed to delivering safe, high-quality care.Key Responsibilities:Conduct clinical assessments and respond to changes in resident health and wellbeingDevelop, implement and review person-centred care plans in partnership with residents and their familiesAdminister medications and provide clinical treatments in line with qualified standardsProvide leadership, mentoring and guidance to care staffLiaise with GPs,
