What you will be doing: Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitizing of all kitchen areas, including food preparation and storage areasKeeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstructionResponsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment,



and reporting faultsAssemble and prepare ingredients for cooking as requestedAssist with receiving and storing stockHandle chemicals and equipment correctly as per manufacturers' instructionsUtilise safe and hygienic methods for the removal of dry and wet wasteQualificationsAbout You:Previous experience working in a hotel or kitchenRelevant food preparation and service knowledgePhysically fit and comfortable with manual tasks and liftingHigh attention to detail and ability to follow routines and safety proceduresFlexible, reliable and able to work both independently and part of a team Ability to work in a quick-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and cleanlinessFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidaysAdditional InformationWork in one of Australia's most iconic toursim destinationsSubsidised accommodation and mealsEmployee discounts on tours and accommodation worldwide
