We Are Social is seeking a Client Service Intern to join our dynamic team.
As a Client Service Intern, you will be exposed to various aspects of account management within the creative and social media industry.Responsibilities:Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationshipsCollaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure timely and successful project deliveryResearch and identify potential influencers by considering brand/client fitConduct market research and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights to clientsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketingRequirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a quick-paced and collaborative environmentBasic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing conceptsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesAttention to detail and genuine care factorCurrently enrolled in an Australian tertiary course that enables you to undertake an unpaid internship/placement in line with the requirements of your course, and that counts towards your course credit points for the degreeJoin us for an exciting internship that will kickstart your career in client service within the creative and social media space!
