Our client is building a high-impact Appian Delivery Squad to lead a business-critical transformation for a leading financial institution.

Were urgently seeking top-tier Appian professionals to fill four key roles:
1. Appian Squad Lead
Your role: Own and drive the delivery of Appian-based solutions across the full lifecycle.
You'll work closely with Product Owners and client stakeholders, lead a multi-disciplinary team, and ensure alignment to Agile principles, business outcomes, and Appian best practice.
You'll need:
Solid Agile delivery experienceProven leadership in Appian-based programsExcellent stakeholder communication and planning skillsExperience across banking or regulated environments (preferred)
2. Appian Technical Analyst
Your role: Translate complex business needs into actionable Appian solutions.
You'll own the end-to-end functional analysis, collaborate closely with developers, and ensure traceability from business requirements to implemented features.
You'll need:
Deep experience mapping Appian platform capabilities to business needsStrong process modelling and documentation skillsExperience working in Agile delivery teamsAbility to engage directly with both business and tech stakeholders
3. Appian Lead Engineer
Your role: Be the technical linchpin of the squad.




Youll design and build scalable, secure, and performant Appian solutions, lead code reviews, and mentor developers across the platform.
You'll need:
Advanced Appian design and development expertiseHands-on experience with Appian integrations, data models, interfaces, and process modelsDevOps, CI/CD and performance tuning experience (highly desirable)Appian Certification (preferred)
4. Appian Automation Lead
Your role: Champion the intelligent automation layer within the Appian platform.
You'll drive automation strategies, integrate with external systems, and ensure the delivery of high-performing process solutions.
You'll need:
Hands-on experience implementing Appian RPA, smart services, and automation APIsStrong background in BPM, workflow, or enterprise automationExperience identifying automation opportunities and scaling automation pipelinesAbility to optimise processes for performance and maintainability
