Delaware North Australia is hiring casual Food and Beverage Supervisors to join our team across our cafe and restaurant venues at Perth Airport.
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll support daily cafe, restaurant and bar operations, coaching and guiding team members to deliver exceptional food and beverage service.
You'll lead by example, championing service excellence and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

What you will do?
Supervise and support a diverse team across shifts to ensure service excellenceLead by example, setting the standard for professionalism and customer carePrepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee and cocktails, showcasing your barista or bartending skillsAssist in maintaining and setting up the bar, dining and service areasManage food and beverage operations to meet financial goals and drive business growthMobilise, train and develop team members to perform at their bestOversee inventory,



stock control and ordering processesImplement upselling and promotional initiatives to boost revenueAdhere to compliance and hygiene requirements
More about you
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume hospitality venueResponsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety CertificateSkilled in bar operations, including barista preparation experience, preferredPassionate about hospitality, with a customer-first mindset and energetic approachSkilled in workforce mobilisation and team developmentComfortable with labour controls and food cost management, desirableAvailable to work early morning and/or evening shifts as required by operational needsThe application period will close on 28/09/2026, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.
