With indoor and outdoor (dog-friendly) spaces, we're a go-to local for casual catch-ups, functions and lively weekends.About the RoleWe're looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to support the Venue Manager in driving day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on role, leading from the floor, supporting the team and helping deliver strong service, culture and results.You will:
Lead service and set the standard on the floor
Support recruitment, onboarding and team development
Coach and motivate the team to deliver excellent guest experiences
Assist with rostering,



labour control and daily reporting
Maintain high service, product and compliance standards
Help build strong community and team culture
What We're Looking For
Leadership or senior supervisory experience in a pub-style venue
Strong service skills and calmness under pressure
Confident communicator and natural team motivator
Solid understanding of labour, operations and RSA compliance
Availability across evenings and weekends.
Most importantly, someone who genuinely cares about their team and guests.
