As a Remote Travel Coordinator / Vacation Planner, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking travel experiences while providing excellent customer service throughout the planning process.
This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity with a flexible schedule.

No previous travel industry experience is required.
Training, resources, and ongoing support are provided to help you learn the business and develop your skills.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with researching and planning vacations based on their needs, preferences, and budgetsResearch destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and other travel optionsPrepare and present travel quotes and itinerary optionsBook travel arrangements through approved travel suppliers and booking platformsCommunicate with clients before, during,



and after the booking processMaintain accurate client and reservation informationProcess and monitor payments, deadlines, and final payment datesStay informed about supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel requirementsParticipate in available training and professional developmentBuild and maintain positive client relationshipsMarket and grow your independent travel business
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or olderStrong communication and customer-service skillsComfortable using computers, email, and online platformsOrganized with valuable attention to detailAble to work independently and manage time effectivelyWilling to complete training and continue learning about the travel industrySales, hospitality, customer service, or travel experience is helpful but not required
